Sporadic space rental

We offer spaces for meetings, presentations, conferences, etc. Equipped with everything needed for an excellent event with the following conditions:

- Using the space is limited to the day or days and times specified, which shall be included in the request with a minimum of 15 days. The space availability will be confirmed in writing.
- The applicant, entity or person, undertakes to exclusively use the space for the purpose set forth, being responsible, for all purposes, of any misuse. You agree to maintain order at the meeting and respect the other household activities.
- Changes in spaces may occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
- The applicant, shall pay, as indicated, the cost of using the space and other expenses resulting from their use, with the person signing the application form of rent responding specifically to this payment.
- Prices include cleaning, air conditioning, use of the lift, internet access and board and/or projection screen, if needed.
- Spaces can request a deposit at the time of the reservation depending on the event.
To consider

Weekends will have a 10% surcharge on the set price.
Rents beginning before 08.30 hours and ending after 21.00 hours will be charged 10 € per extra hour.
Church institutions can benefit from a discount of up to 25% on the rental of spaces.
You can use the chapel.
Also, if you wish, you can order catering or coffee break.

Meetinghouse

We also offer the possibility to hire a space exclusively for a specified length of time. We work by academic year (August closed) and each association has its place. Opening hours: from Monday to Friday from 8.30 hours to 20.30 hours.

The rent includes local regulations, heating, air conditioning in some classrooms, internet, receiving calls, cleaning once a week and permanent reception service. Normally the rent for an academic year with all services included, costs between 19€ and 23€ per square meter, plus 21% VAT. For any other services, you just need ask us for a budget at no cost.
